Q: Why should I
support this feed?
A: The Marion Cty. MESA online feed is available to everyone as a resource for
information and situational awareness. Not only does your support help to
supply information to the general public, but firefighters and first responders
that need to listen to what is going on when they are either off-duty, or
outside Marion county. By helping to keep this feed active, it helps to
inform
people who need it the most.
Q: Where does the money go that I am
contributing?
ALL of the money goes into paying for the
service and equipment needed
to keep it online. The internet service provider alone costs over
$600/year.
The dedicated computer is upgraded every two years.
I currently do not have enough subscribers to meet those needs.
Q: Are there added benefits to Pateron
supporters?
YES! Once you subscribe, I will send you a personal link that
will not only give you ad-free, unlimited listening, but the delay
between the broadcast and when you actually hear it is less than
four seconds. On the free version of the feed, the delay is over a minute!
Q: HOW MUCH??
It is completely up to you. If
you only want to donate $1.00/month, that's fine.
I am simply trying to keep the feed active and pay the bills.
Most people donate between $5 and $10/month.
As of June 2022, I am almost breaking even, but not quite.
