Drowning/Rescue/Recovery
Female slid on ice and ran off of road,
crashing through an iron fence, into a retention pond.
Witness states she saw car go into pond and it did not appear to be
moving at a high rate of speed.
Car was found, fully submerged, in about 13ft of water with victim still inside.
Divers extracted female and she was pronounced "unconscious" after being under water for 40 minutes
She coded again after arriving at hospital where she later died.
Direct cause still under investigation by IMPD.
